And we want you to love it, too. Whether you’re training to achieve a personal best or simply getting into running, GoalsFit can be your training partner.

All of our programs are designed with a goal in mind, and we pride ourselves in helping everyone cross the finish line. Our famous slogan, “You Should Be Running”, doubles as our mentality because running makes everyone not only look good, but feel good as well. Along with the programs listed below, we also offer online training programs for marathons, half marathons and 5K races; these programs can be purchased through our online store. Yearly programs are listed below.

You Should Be Running Marathon Program

GoalsFit will get you ready for the city’s longest race—the Philadelphia Marathon. Our six-month marathon training program begins in May. This program is open to runners of all skill levels, including those who have never run before. There are limited spots available for the program, so sign up early, as it usually fills by March. If running a marathon is one of your goals, be sure to sign up for this program early in the year.

Half Marathon Program

GoalsFit’s 15-week half marathon training program starts every August. The goal of this program is to get you ready to run the Philadelphia Half Marathon in November. Our Half Marathon training program is open to runners of all skill levels.

Broad Street Training

Get ready to run the famous Broad Street 10 mile road race in May; this program begins in February and is open to ALL levels.  This sells out so be sure to sign up ASAP.


At GoalsFit, we believe the two core ingredients of getting faster and more fit are consistency and working out with others that push and motivate you. You’ll get both at our Track Attack programs. We meet every Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. at the Roxborough track. All workouts are 60 minutes of track or hill work.

 SuperGirl Striders


GoalsFit starts them young.  This  6 week program meeting once a week has been designed to empower, educate, and excite girls (ages 4-6) about running and exercise. A strong and equal focus will be placed on 1) Never Giving Up   2) Cheering on all teammates and friends and 3 ) Having Fun while exercising.  The  6 week program will end with a 1/2 mile fun and ice cream party to follow.  Two locations for this program: Roxborough and Conshohocken! Program is found under RUNNING tab. Next session starts up May 19th in Conshy.
