GoalsFit’s personal training packages can be purchased online or at the GoalsFit studio in Manayunk. New participants are entitled to a free, 30-minute consultation; email GoalsFit to schedule an appointment.

Designed for two to three participants, GoalsFit’s Buddy Training sessions offer an affordable and fun way to work with a personal trainer. Train for half the price by “buddying up” with a friend — you’ll get stronger in fitness and friendship!

“Mommy & Me”
Mommy & Me: Get fit and have fun with your child and other moms at GoalsFit Mommy & Me classes. Our Mommy & Me classes help you get outside and stay active, and create new relationships with other moms. Our instructors incorporate cardio and strength training, so each class is truly a workout for you and fun for your child (up to 3 years old).
Babies must be secured in their strollers. Get ready for an hour of fitness and fun with your baby!
