Founded by Kasey Manwaring in 2009, GoalsFit is the premier outdoor fitness and personal training studio in Philadelphia. Kasey Manwaring

Owner of GoalsFit
Experience: Certified personal trainer and architect of all GoalsFit boot camp classes.
Motto: “No goals, no glory! Set fitness goals — they’ll help you push a little harder, run a little faster, and see results quicker!”

Fitness Journey: Kasey set a PR of 3:02 at the 2015 Philadelphia Marathon and competes in the Boston Marathon yearly.
Role at GoalsFit: Owner and jack of all trades at GoalsFit. You’ll see Kasey at many boot camp classes and track programs.  She continues to teach many boot camp classes.


Ted Staff Pic


Experience: Chiropractor by trade, fitness professional with over 20 years of experience.

Motto: “Don’t be scared! Working on things you’re bad at is how you become a more complete athlete and person.”

Fitness Journey: Ted was a professional rugby player and now is quite the triathlete and marathoners. He  has run nearly 20 marathons, including Boston (6x) and finished his first Ironman triathlon in 2013.

Role at GoalsFit: Boot camp instructor.


Experience: B.A. Kinesiology from Temple University, fitness professional with 3  years of experience teaching.
Motto: “You can do anything for a minute, so keep going!”
Fitness Journey: Becca works with the Achilles International Foundation, a global organization that enables people with all types of disabilities to participate in running events and is an avid runner herself.

Role at GoalsFit: Boot camp instructor in Manayunk, Roxborough, and Fairmount.


Experience: Clinical social worker, certified trainer teaching for the past year.
Motto: ‘There will be a day when I can no longer do this. That day is not today.”
“Progress doesn’t happen overnight. Each step, each workout gets you closer to where you want to be.”

Fitness Journey: Jill has run numerous  marathon, is a fan of HIIT workouts and ran her first Boston Marathon in 2016.

Role at GoalsFit: Boot camp instructor in Manayunk, Roxborough, and Fairmount.


Experience: Certified personal trainer and began teaching GoalsFit classes in May.

Motto: “When you think about quitting, think about why you started.”

Fitness Journey: Erica is a GoalsFit regular, and has participated in boot camps for 8 years. She started teaching classes this spring. She is an avid runner, and is constantly doing races in and around Philadelphia — you’ll see her running all around town!

Role at GoalsFit: As a boot camp instructor, Erica brings energy, enthusiasm and intensity to all of her classes.
