Quick Fix Bootcamp:

Voted one of Philly’s best bootcamps, this 60-minute exclusive 5 week program is designed to increase strength, build endurance and burn fat.

Morning Bootcamp

Personal Training

Perfect for clients who are just beginning an exercise regimen, those healing from an injury, or those that prefer privacy and one on one attention. Private lessons are also offered in group settings for those who prefer a team dynamic.

Fitness & Fun For All

Mommy and Me:

A fitness program for new moms (or dads) and their babies. This 60-minute class provides new parents with a chance to get into shape while at the same time, bonding with baby and meeting some new friends. Wednesdays at 10:15AM at the Roxborough Track.

Track Practice:

An hour dedicated to making you a faster runner. Class will consist of hour long track workouts. Join us every Wednesday at 7PM, also at the Roxborough Track.

Sunday Long Runs:

Get your long run in with the Goals Crew. Every other Sunday at 8:30AM at Goals Fit on Main Street.

Bridal Bootcamp:

Calling all Brides! Goals will have you looking your best in time for one of the best days of your life! Individual and group programs are available.

Bridal Party Pick Me Up:

Treat your bridal party to a pre-wedding workout! End your pre-wedding workout regimen with those you are closest to. Includes a 45 minute workout and ends with mimosas and chair massages.

Kasey Manwaring is the founder of Goals Fitness in Roxborough and “Quick Fix Bootcamp.” She has been a life-long athlete and spent the last ten years becoming a competitive distance runner. She is a perennial top finisher in the Philadelphia Marathon.

Kasey founded Goals in 2008 to help people to train to reach their maximum fitness potential in a personalized setting. “Making Fitness Fun” is her motto. Her group fitness classes have become wildly popular in the Manayunk area and Goals continues to expand and grow throughout Philadelphia.

Goals offers a variety of programs including “Mommy & Me,” “Quick Fix Bootcamp,” “Bridal Bootcamp,” as well as programs designed to help clients compete in races and triathlons from 5k to Ironman distances.

Kasey is always looking for an opportunity to make fitness fun – including themed races and fitness socials that make people of all fitness levels feel like a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to feel like work. Come check out one of her programs to see what all of the buzz is about!
